Áine Healy is a passionate artist hailing from North County Dublin, Ireland. For the past decade, she has honed her skills as a ceramics artist, initially as a devoted hobbyist before making the bold decision in 2023 to transition from her corporate career to pursue ceramics full-time.

Throughout her journey, Aine has sought to refine her craft through continuous learning and immersion in the ceramics community. She has attended esteemed workshops and conferences, including those organized by Ceramics Ireland in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. In 2023, she ventured to Denmark to participate in the Tortus Ceramics studio under the mentorship of the renowned potter Eric Landon.

Operating from her serene home studio nestled in the tranquil village of Garristown, North County Dublin, Aine draws inspiration from her picturesque surroundings. Situated 120 meters above sea level, Garristown offers breathtaking views of Dublin City's skyline and the majestic Mourne mountains to the north. Surrounded by the historic castles, megalithic tombs of County Meath, fertile agricultural lands, and the Irish Sea, Aine finds endless inspiration in the rich tapestry of her environment.

Her work is a reflection of this connection to the land, blending natural elements with her artistic vision to create captivating ceramic pieces that resonate with authenticity and beauty.
